Clint has investigated a multitude of failures in many industries included in the public and private sectors and has recommended and reported his cause and origin analysis that included associated design/repair or replacement procedures that has assisted numerous law firms and insurance carriers in the resolution of litigation and disputed claims. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Ohio, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, and Texas, with 20+ years of experience in engineering management and consultation, structural design, construction, industrial, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, materials, and forensic failure analysis. He has conducted forensic investigations of government, commercial, and residential structures, and utilized his education and expertise associated with industrial facilities and infrastructure, such as roads, bridges and utilities. Losses have ranged from hundreds to millions of dollars. He has responded to natural disasters including floods, hurricanes, and tornadoes. In addition, Clint’s expertise and experience in ergonomics, operator safety, and productivity gives him unique insights toward addressing worker compensation claims. He is capable of performing all types of engineering analysis and giving expert testimony as to the results of his investigations.
